    1. What This Notice Covers

      Welcome to the Yodify Inc.'s Shipping Notice. Yodify, Inc. (“Yodify” / "We" / “we” / “our” / “us”) values your business and is committed to helping you facilitate the sale transactions via https://www.yodify.com/ (the “Service”) where you can connect with Buyers and Sellers across the world. 

      This Notice is part of our Marketplace Agreement and all capitalized terms not otherwise defined in this Notice have the same meaning as in the Marketplace Agreement. 

      As a Seller, you accept this Notice and our Marketplace Agreement when you create an account on the Service and/or offer Products for sale through the Service.
  2. Shipping Responsibility

    1. Seller Responsibility

      Sellers are responsible for delivery (including the costs of delivery) of Products to Buyers they sell via the Service. If the Seller uses a courier or agent to make delivery, the Seller shall remain liable and responsible for delivery to Buyers.
    2. Risk of Shipments

      Risk of damage to or loss of the Product shall pass to the Buyer in accordance with the relevant Seller Conditions or otherwise at the time of delivery of the Product.
  3. Shipping Options

    1. Displaying Shipping Options

      When offering Products for sale, the Seller shall display options for delivery of Products and any delivery restrictions. The Seller must clearly state the prices for delivery, separate from the prices of the Products themselves. All options shall be subject to this Notice.
    2. If the Products are Goods

      If the Products are goods, the Seller will deliver them to the Buyer as soon as reasonably possible. The Seller may choose to consolidate orders into a single delivery, unless the Seller and the Buyer agree otherwise. The Seller will ensure that all deliveries have a tracking number and will input this information on the Service to ensure the Buyer is updated on progress. When arranging shipping, all methods must require signature at point of delivery. The Seller shall provide such signature evidence of delivery to us if requested.
    3. If the Product is A One-off Purchase of Digital Content Capable of Download

      The Seller will make the digital content available for download to the Buyer as soon as reasonable after payment is made by the Buyer to us.
    4. If Buyer is Not Available When the Product is Delivered

      If the Buyer is not available at the delivery address to take delivery and cannot provide a signature, the Seller (or the Seller’s chosen courier or agent) will contact the Buyer informing the Buyer of how to rearrange delivery or collect the Products from a local depot.
    5. If Buyer Does Not Re-Arrange Delivery

      If the Buyer does not collect the Products from the Seller as arranged or if, after a failed delivery to the Buyer, the Buyer does not re-arrange delivery or collect them from a delivery depot, the Seller will contact the Buyer for further instructions and may charge the Buyer for storage costs and any further delivery costs. If, despite the Seller’s reasonable efforts, the Seller is unable to contact the Buyer or re-arrange delivery or collection, the Seller may end the contract in compliance with the Selling on Yodify Notice.
